It was good to talk to you on the phone this morning. I wanted to send you a quick email to tell you and the employees at Conti Roofing what a great job your roofers did on our flat roof on Lacy Lane. There was a really bad leak in the flat roof by the upstairs balcony and we were getting lots of water inside the house during heavy rains.

I wish I could remember the two roofer's names, but they did outstanding work. They were friendly, courteous and actually took us upstairs and showed us exactly what they did to repair the roof.

And the most exciting news is during the 5 days of constant rain, there was absolutely no leaking!
